Bush sanctions unapproved raids into Pakistan

Apparently Bush has done something smart!
In July he signed an order allowing US troops to go into Pakistan and conduct gound assaults on known Al Qaeda / Taleban locations. They will notify the Pakistani government, but they won’t ask for permission.
